Have you ever felt instantly at home in a building? The Josetti is that kind of building. Built to humanistic standards of value, it was originally used as a manufacturing plant. Later, in post-war East Germany, it was home to the Robotron computer conglomerate. After Germany’s reunification, it was used first by government agencies and then by diverse creative professionals.
But one thing that never changed throughout the years and decades is the serene, warm ambience of the premises that, while virtually impossible to describe, is nonetheless very real: the genius loci of the Josetti.
Work environments are changing. And so is the Josetti. Green courtyards, open-plan lobbies, meeting spaces and large gastronomy venues on the ground floor are conducive to communication and collaboration. They are also perfect for hanging out and taking it easy.
